Prof. Jose A. Lozano, University of the Basque Country, Spain

Introduction: Jose A. Lozano received the M.Sc. degree in mathematics and the M.Sc. degree in computer science from the University of the Basque Country, in Spain, in 1991 and 1992 respectively. He received the Ph.D. in computer science from the University of the Basque Country, in Spain, in 1998. He is Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligenceat the University of the Basque Country, where he leads since 2004 the Intelligent Systems Group. The research group is located in the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science Faculty, at Donostia - San Sebastián.






Prof. Wenbing Zhao, Cleveland State University, USA

Introduction: Dr. Wenbing Zhao is a full Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECSat Cleveland State University (cSU), Cleveland, Ohio, USA. He obtained his B.s. and M.Sdegrees in Physics from Peking University, Beijing, china, in 1990 and 1993, respectivelyand his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University ofCalifornia, Santa Barbara, in 1998 and 2002, respectively. Prior to joining Cleveland StateUniversity in 2004,Dr. Zhao worked as a post-doctoral researcher at University ofCalifornia, Santa Barbara, and as a senior research engineer/chief architect at EternalSystems, Inc. (now dissolved), which he co-founded in 2000.

Dr. Zhao has done research in several different areas, including distributed computingcomputer and network security, blockchains, smart and connected healthcare, machinelearning, Internet of Things, quantum optics and superconducting physics. Dr. Zhao's recentresearch has been funded by the National Science Foundation, US Department of Energy, UsDepartment of Education, Ohio Bureau of Workers’Compensation, Ohio Department ofHigher Education, Ohio Advancement Office (via the Ohio Third Frontier Program), UsDepartment of Transportation (via CSU Transportation Center), Cleveland State University,and private companies.

Prof. Yang Lv, Beijing Technology and Business University, China

Introduction: He is a World-class scientists (2019-2024), Stanford University ranks the top 2% of most-cited scientists worldwide in 22 major disciplines and 176 subfields. Specific rankings: 89382/204643 (lifetime), 3937/210198 (2023). Operations Management and Decision Science (single subject) Ranked first among domestic scholars (13/27923).                                                  

He is a  ESI Highly Cited Scholar (2019-2024), The eight articles are about artificial intelligence (2), blockchain technology (2), 6G communication (1), IoT security (2), and Industry 4.0 (1). He is aslo an IEEE Senior Member, Google Scholar (2017-2024) has more than 8,000 citations (as of July 2024), Since 2020, the total number of citations has exceeded 1,000 every year. More than 20 papers have been published, of which 13 are included in SCI and 7 are included in SSCI. Half of the articles are top journals in management science and engineering related fields and ranked by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Participated in the review of more than 50 international high-level publications, with a total of more than 1,500 reviews
